3GPP Technical Specification 文件整理

我寫這篇文章是受到下面這篇文章的啟發

因為每個人研究的東西都不一樣,所以我覺得還是自己整理一份屬於我的3GPP文件列表比較好。

基本知識:
1. 23.002 Network architecture:描述GSM、UMTS、LTE的網路架構與介面。雖然只有一些基本簡介,但是卻提供很多reference讓讀者可以進一步查詢細節。
2. 23.009 Handover Procedure: 描述GSM與UMTS的Handover訊息流程。
3. 23.205 Bearer-independent circuit-switched core network; Stage 2:描述circuit-switched網路的Call Setup、Handover的程序,就是IAM、ACM、ANM那些SS7訊息。
4. 23.018 Basic call handling; Technical realization:描述call setup的訊息流程,以及在核心網路各元件的處理流程
5. 23.003 Numbering, addressing and identification:說明在電信網路會用到的數字或ID的格式,例如IMSI、LAI、GUTI。
6. 23.228 IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS); Stage 2:描述IMS的基本文件
7. 21.905 Vocabulary for 3GPP Specifications:列出3GPP文件的專有名詞意義與縮寫的全名


LTE重要文件:
1. 23.401 General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) enhancements for Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network (E-UTRAN) access:描述LTE核心網路架構與protocol stack
2. 36.300 Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access (E-UTRA) and Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network (E-UTRAN); Overall description;Stage 2 :描述E-UTRAN

UMTS重要文件:
1. 23.060 General Packet Radio Service (GPRS); Service Description; Stage 2:描述GPRS
2.  25.401 UTRAN overall description:描述UTRAN 

Protocol方面:
1. 25.331 Radio Resource Control (RRC); Protocol specification:RRC是UE與UTRAN溝通的control plane protocol。這篇有詳細說明每個訊息內的欄位。
2. 23.108 Mobile radio interface layer 3 specification, core network protocols; Stage 2:描述在LTE與UMTS,UE與基地台之間的訊息流程,例如:Paging, Location Update, Call Setup
3. 24.008 Mobile radio interface Layer 3 specification; Core network protocols; Stage 3:是23.108的進階版,詳細說明訊息內的欄位。
4. 48.008 Mobile Switching Centre - Base Station System (MSC-BSS) interface; Layer 3 specification:就是MSC與BSS之間的protocol,包含詳細欄位說明。
5. 25.413 UTRAN Iu interface Radio Access Network Application Part (RANAP) signalling:Iu是UTRAN與核心網路溝通的protocol,例如paging, relocation required等訊息。本文件有詳細描述訊息欄位內容。
6. 24.301 Non-Access-Stratum (NAS) protocol for Evolved Packet System (EPS); Stage 3:NAS是UE與核心網路溝通的control plane protocol。
7. 29.118 Mobility Management Entity (MME) – Visitor Location Register (VLR) SGs interface specification:MME與VLR的protocol。
8. 36.413 Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network (E-UTRAN); S1 Application Protocol (S1AP):S1是eNB與MME溝通的protocol
9. 36.423 Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network (E-UTRAN); X2 application protocol (X2AP):X2是eNB之間的protocol
10. 36.331 Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access (E-UTRA); Radio Resource Control (RRC); Protocol specification:LTE版的25.331

Femtocell(又稱Home NodeB):
1. 25.467 UTRAN architecture for 3G Home Node B (HNB); Stage 2:這篇說明在UMTS的Home NodeB架構。
2. 22.220 Service requirements for Home NodeBs and Home eNodeBs:一些Home NodeBs/eNodeBs 基礎介紹
3. 25.468 UTRAN Iuh Interface RANAP User Adaption (RUA) signalling:Iuh是HNB與HNB Gateway之間的protocol。
4. 25.469 UTRAN Iuh interface Home Node B Application Part (HNBAP) signalling:Iuh是HNB與HNB Gateway之間的protocol。這篇有訊息內詳細欄位說明。


Presence Service:
1. 22.141 Presence service; Stage 1:描述Presence service的一些基本介紹
2. 23.141 Presence service; Architecture and functional description:描述Presence Service的架構與訊息流程
3. 24.141 Presence service using the IP Multimedia (IM) Core Network (CN) subsystem; Stage 3:有詳細Presence Service在IMS的訊息流程與封包內容

Call Forwarding Service:
1. 22.082 Call Forwarding (CF) supplementary services - Stage 1:描述Call forwarding service。
2. 23.082 Call Forwarding (CF) supplementary services; Stage 2:比22.082多一些細節
3. 24.082 Call Forwarding (CF) supplementary services; Stage 3:比23.082多一些細節

SRVCC/eSRVCC:
1. 23.216 Single Radio Voice Call Continuity (SRVCC); Stage 2:描述SRVCC的訊息流程
2. 23.237 IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) Service Continuity; Stage 2:描述eSRVCC訊息流程
3. 24.237 IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) Service Continuity; Stage 3:比23.237還要詳細,提供訊息內容範例
4. 23.292 IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) centralized services; Stage 2:提供SCC AS、MSC Server, IMS彼此之間互動的訊息流程
5. 24.292 IP Multimedia (IM) Core Network (CN) subsystem Centralized Services (ICS); Stage 3:比23.292詳細一點

CS fallback:
1. 23.272 Circuit Switched (CS) fallback in Evolved Packet System (EPS); Stage 2:描述在LTE如何CS fallback到UMTS。

Short Message Service:
1. 23.040 Technical realization of the Short Message Service (SMS):說明簡訊如何實做
2. 23.204 Support of Short Message Service (SMS) over generic 3GPP Internet Protocol (IP) access; Stage 2:說明傳統簡訊如何在IP傳遞
3. 24.341 Support of SMS over IP networks; Stage 3:23.204的詳細版

4. 24.011 Point-to-Point (PP) Short Message Service (SMS) support on mobile radio interface:簡訊的protocol細節

Supplementary services:
1. 22.004 General on supplementary services:supplementary services簡介
2. 22.030 Man-Machine Interface (MMI) of the User Equipment (UE):說明哪些按鈕會觸發supplementary services。例如輸入「**21*031111111#」會觸發call forwarding service。

3. 23.011 Technical realization of Supplementary Services:比22.004還要多一點點supplementary services細節
4. 24.010 Supplementary services specification; General aspects:描述supplementary service的相關資訊
5. 24.080 Mobile radio interface layer 3 supplementary services specification; Formats and coding:詳細描述訊息內的欄位
6. 29.011 Signalling interworking for supplementary services:描述protocol之間互動的內容


其他:
1. 23.012 Location management procedures:描述GSM與UMTS的Location Update與Attach/Detach在MSC, VLR, HLR等程序。
2. 23.236 Intra-domain connection of Radio Access Network (RAN)
nodes to multiple Core Network (CN) nodes:描述MSC pool, SGSN pool來做到load balancing
3. 23.041 Technical realization of Cell Broadcast Service (CBS):Cell Broadcast Service是用在防災之類的用途
